Why are portafilter machines or coffee grinders often shipped with UPS?
We double-pack the machines. This means that they come in the original packaging from the manufacturer and additional protective packaging from Espresso Perfetto. This results in packages that can only be shipped via UPS.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery within Germany usually takes 3–5 business days.
For EU shipping, please allow 5–7 business days for delivery.
How much are the shipping costs?
We ship packages with DHL and UPS and charge €4.90 for shipping within Germany.
Within Germany, we offer free shipping on orders over €80.00.
For EU shipping, we charge a flat rate of €35 for a total weight of up to 28 kg.
If the package weighs more than 28 kg, the costs for the respective delivery country will be calculated at checkout.
