The roasting house of the Dubbini family has been run very successfully since 1929, now in its third generation. As one of the most traditional Italian roasting companies, Caffe Diemme moves with the times. Family history, passion and the highest demands on business partners and on themselves, these are the three cornerstones of Caffe Diemme's success.
Quality and passion run like a thread through all areas: From the selection of raw beans, fair purchasing on an equal footing directly from the plantations in Brazil, Tanzania, India, El Salvador. and Colombia, to the company's headquarters in a modern and prestigious new building in Padua, in which, in addition to the roastery and the B+ros, there is also a large trendy cafe.
Caffe Diemme's Miscela Blu is made from 100% high-quality Central American, Asian and African Arabica coffees.
The unmistakable aroma of this traditional Italian-style espresso coffee is particularly characterized by its medium-bodied, delicate floral aroma with very subtle hints of nuttiness. The Arabica coffees are varietally roasted slowly and gently with a lighter roast color to preserve the blend's delicate aromatic richness.
