Everything worked out perfectly. We purchased a Bezzera Matrix and a Eureka Mignon Single can online and picked up after consultation directly at the warehouse of Espresso Perfetto . There we were received very friendly and have of course received flawless goods. Everything highly recommended.

After Christmas, I ordered a Rocket Portafilter and a Quamar mill through the website. To order I had contact with Sohel Ostadazim, because I wanted to pick up the goods. Sohel made it possible without any problems. To pick up, he showed me briefly the Portafilter and explained a few things. So absolutely recommended. Unfortunately, I had received the wrong mill. The issue had Sohel very quickly and easily clarified, the exchange could be carried out on the same day. Simply top! I can only recommend Espresso Perfetto for its products and service. As a customer, you feel valued and well taken care of.

I went to Düsseldorf to Espresso Perfetto on recommendation and especially because of the large selection on site. I received a really great, friendly and competent advice according to my needs, without ever having the feeling to get something imposed. Vinci has taken even after closing time neat time, really not self-evident! In the end, I decided on a portafilter machine from ECM including accessories. The price was incredibly fair and I am very satisfied. Clear recommendation and many greetings to Düsseldorf - we will be back :-)
