It is clear from the first glance that this is a professional machine. The housing is of high quality and robust workmanship, the wooden elements give the machine the extravagant design that is also known from the bar machines from Elektra. It is a real eye-catcher. The second look falls on the unusual brew group. Technically superior to many brew groups, the espresso boiler is integrated here, ensuring excellent temperature stability. The espresso draw is started similarly to the E61 brew group by pressing down a lever on the brew group. Before you do that, you can adjust a few parameters in the app. The app is clear and easy to use. Here you can set the preinfusion and the brewing temperature before the espresso is brewed. Finally, the first espresso can be tested. The shot timer in the app starts automatically as soon as we press the beautiful wooden lever. The machine is very quiet and the espresso flows evenly into the cups. To ensure that this happens cleanly, we have placed the elevation grid for small espresso cups on the drip tray. The result in the cup already looks good. Now we will test the milk foam. The steam is tremendously dry, micro porous foam succeeds easily and quickly.
