Mokaflor:real italian coffee

Since the 1950s, the company Mokaflor has been operating in the heart of Florence. The main focus is on selecting, tasting and researching the best coffees from all over the world. Since Vasco took over the company, Mokaflor has remained a family business and is now run by the third generation.

The coffee beans come to Torrefazione Mokaflor in Florence from Mexico, Guatemala, Brazil, India, Ethiopia, Java, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and many other countries. After roasting and packaging, the coffee is shipped to customers in Italy and more than 40 countries worldwide. In the vacuum packaging with the aluminium pull-off closure, the aroma and freshness of the coffee beans are completely preserved.
In recent years, Mokaflor has repeatedly taken decisive steps towards becoming a recognised coffee roasting company. This process is continuing. Eight steps have decisively shaped the transformation into a company with a worldwide trading network: Selection of coffee beans, roasting according to the batch system, sustainable and 3-day degassing process, expertise, the in-house school, certifications, organic cultivation and the transparency of the roasts.
