the new Linea Mini with the new IOT Board
use all the new features of the La Marzocco Home App, such as temperature, heating & control and remote control.
Linea Mini with Dualboiler systemDualboiler espresso machine has two separate boilers for brewing circuit and steam circuit and is the most sophisticated design. Thanks to the v... read more and an integrated group, which allow the machine to achieve the thermal stability and energy efficiency of the saturated brew group even with small dimensions. The Linea Mini is handcrafted with the same components as our machines for commercial use, to guarantee the same durability and reliability that have made the Linea Classic famous.
Dual boiler system
- Separate boilers to optimise espresso brewing and steam production.
Brewing paddle (now also programming via smartphone)
Use the brew paddle to start the extraction with pre-programmedPreinfusionPreinfusion (also called prebrew cycle) is the process of soaking the coffee powder evenly by the water. This is done before the actual extrac... read more and ensures the highest consistency from shot to shot. The preinfusion can be easily changed via smartphone.
Integrated brew group
- A boiler integrated into the brew group guarantees thermal stability with small dimensions.
Hot water tap
- ideal for tea water, americano, etc.
Powerful steam
Powerful frothing thanks to the large separate steam boiler and Performance Touch stainless steel steam lance. Foam your milk to the desired temperature in seconds.
System for thermal stability
- The temperature of the brewing water is stabilised during the transition between the individual components.
Built-in pump
The pump is built inside the machine without compromising its performance.
PID controlThe PID control in espresso machines regulates the brewing water temperature and ensures that it is kept constant. Especially very dark or seh... read more
- A step wheel allows the temperature of the brew kettle to be adjusted.
Temperature adjustment now also via La Marzocco
The gradual adjustment of the temperature allows you to fine-tune the preparation. The exact temperature can be controlled in the app.
Short story La Marzocco Firenze:
In 1927, Giuseppe and Bruno Bambi specialised in handcrafted
espresso machines in the premium segment and named them
and named them after the Marzocco, the Florentine lion, symbol of victory and conquest.
As early as 1939, the engineers at La Marzocco developed the first horizontal boiler and a unique brew group design that still sets standards today and is the model for today's development of dual boiler technology. Since 1971, a second boiler, independent of the steam boiler, has been heating the water for coffee extraction at the brew groups, enabling baristi to make precise temperature settings even for difficult bean types.
