DUAL BOILER TECHNOLOGY
Bianca has two separate stainless steel boilers for steam and hot water. The dual boiler technology guarantees greater temperature stability, without the risk of overheating the brewing water and the possibility of brewing coffee and frothing milk or drawing hot water at the same time.

LCC
The LCC allows you to control all the parameters of the espresso machine, such as the temperature of the brewing water and the steam boiler, timed pre-infusion, stand-by time, switching the steam boiler on and off, partial/total coffee brew counter and changing the temperature display from °C to °F.

THE PADDLE
By turning the mechanical paddle mounted on the brew group, you can regulate the water flow in the brew group and optimally control the brewing pressure at each stage of extraction. By adjusting the brewing pressure, you can brew the best espresso from any coffee.

Individually positionable water tank
Bianca's water tank is housed in a separate stainless steel container to prevent the water from heating up during operation. The container with the water tank can be flexibly and easily positioned on the left, right or on the back wall of the machine. The water tank can be easily removed for cleaning and refilled without removal. When operating the machine with a fixed water connection, the container with the tank can be removed, which means that the machine takes up less space.
