Although only founded in 1996 near Lake Garda, the Lucaffe roasting company has made a very good name for itself in the last decade through quality and not least through the passion of founder Luca Venturelli. Typical for his coffee blends are the partly distinct, partly less distinct spicy aromas and a discreetly sweet taste with a fine, chocolaty and partly malty note. The "100%" in the black bag gets its distinctive character and full body from a balanced blend of high-quality Central and South American Arabica coffees. The pleasant sweetness, the full body with its finely marbled crema and the long-lasting flavour of this unusual coffee are the result of gentle long-term roasting and later finishing. Broken and damaged beans are carefully removed.
