Located in the immediate vicinity of the noble machine forge La Marzocco, Torrefazione Mokaflor has been roasting top-quality espresso coffees since the 1950s. Run by one family for several generations, Mokaflor maintains direct relationships with coffee producers that have been built up over many years and imports coffee batches from all over the world. With the "70/30" you get a traditional Florentine espresso coffee in bar quality. The coffee varieties from Brazil, Guatemala, Mexico and India are roasted individually and mature in special containers until they have developed their full aroma. The result is an espresso with a nutty brown velvety crema, which can also be used as the basis for a delicious cappuccino of the very finest quality.
Selected ARABICA and noble ROBUSTA give this caffé a wonderful aroma, a fine mildness and velvetiness.
Its special creaminess is achieved by means of a special roasting method,
which we call "honey-roasted".
It can also be used without restrictions on fully automatic espresso machines.
