Dual Boiler
The temperatures for coffee extraction and for steam supply are regulated independently via the PID.
PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) controllers in the coffee boiler and in the new steam boiler keep the heat constant and stable.

Impressive thermal stability puts the Silvia Pro at the top of the espresso machine class, providing extremely precise temperature delivery for the espresso.

Powerful steam
Steam like a pro with powerful steam: Cappuccino, latte macchiato and similar milk drinks can be frothed up creamy with ease.

Digital display
shows temperatures, has a shot timer and a timer to switch the machine on automatically at a preset time.
