The operation
The ECM Mechanika V Slim is a dual-circuit machine, which allows you to brew coffee and froth milk simultaneously. In addition, the hot steam for frothing is always available and saves you waiting time. Thanks to the 'No Burn' technology, there is also no risk of burning the milk or your fingers.
The ECM Mechanika V Slim has a 2.8-litre water tank that you can easily reach and fill via the cup tray. After frothing or heating, you should always briefly release a little steam into the water collection tray so that the openings in the nozzle are cleared of milk residue and do not become blocked.
Depending on use, you should also renew the boiler water every one to two weeks. To do this, remove all the water from the hot water pipe and the brew group and then refill the water tank. To do this, place a larger container under the two areas to collect the water, as the collection tray only has limited capacity.
