In addition, Fiorenzato is the only manufacturer to make the grinders of its espresso grinders from a material specially designed for use in the food sector. This is M340 steel, which is characterised by high resistance to corrosion and wear, great resistance to breaking or cracking, and excellent polishability. Fiorenzato manufactures 80% of the components for its mills within the company itself in order to guarantee a consistently high level of quality and to be able to control the assembly processes seamlessly.
