For EU shipping, we charge a flat rate of €35 for a total weight of up to 28 kg.

If the package weighs more than 28 kg, the costs for the respective delivery country will be calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery within Germany usually takes 3–5 business days.

For EU shipping, please allow 5–7 business days for delivery.

Yes, Espresso Perfetto repair and maintenance services for espresso machines and grinders. Our experienced craftsmen and experts take care of repairs and use original replacement parts. During the one-year warranty period for items from our online shop, repairs are free of charge if a fault occurs. All repairs are carried out in-house in Düsseldorf and Erkrath. Warranty devices are given priority.

Can I replace or reorder defective parts?

Yes, you can replace parts yourself, but you should always use original parts from the relevant brand to avoid further damage. Repair and maintenance kits are available to make replacement easier.

First check whether the water level is correct, whether cleaning is necessary, or whether the grind size If the problems persist, a replacement part may be defective and repair may be necessary. In this case, you can use our repair service at any time.
