The new version of the Pearl Model S looks the same, but there are quite a few new features to discover. Compared to the previous 2019 version, the practice mode has been removed and the Brewguide function has been turned into a standalone mode. You can access it by scrolling through the scale similar to other modes and turn the function on or off
