Professional electric contact grill with cast iron grill plates in a stainless steel housing for panini, focaccia, meat and vegetables as known from Italian bars. The cast iron grill plates are covered with a resistant ceramic non-stick coating, resistant to acid, salt and corrosion, which allows grilling at higher temperatures - and therefore wonderful roasted flavors.

Panini - the grilled sandwiches - turn out particularly well with the device. Classic grilled food (meat, fish and vegetables) remains tender and juicy because it is heated evenly and quickly from both sides between the hot plates and does not dry out. Decent steaks succeed with the device, whether you like it "rare" or rather "well done". The appliance is also great for baking Italian bread specialties like piadina and focaccia, or for reheating slices of toast, toast, tortillas and bruschetta.

The upper, fluted grill plate is variably adjustable: the closing pressure can be made stronger or weaker by means of two screws on the back of the grill. Over the lower fluted grill surface, excess frying fat goes directly into the fat and crumb drawer below. Thanks to the durable stainless steel heating elements, the grill is even with variable temperature adjustment with stainless steel thermostat (up to 300 °C), on/off switch with indicator light and ergonomic soft-touch button. This contact grill can be cleaned with the supplied cleaning brush.
