With its classic, European style, the gb5 x adapts the most advanced technologies to the aesthetics of elegant café bars. You can recognize the x version by the white logos and lilies on the side - but the advantages of temperature stability and operation only become apparent on closer inspection: the gb5 x has separate coffee boilers (multi-boilers) for individual temperature control at each group, a hot water economizer for fine adjustment of the hot water temperature and a preheating system for the brewing water. The gb5 is also the first La Marzocco machine to have a water sensor to measure the conductivity and water hardness of the water used. This information helps to select and check the water filter system used without having to carry out separate tests.
