Rotary pump

The Rotary Pump is a type of pump used in espresso machines. Pump type, which essentially consists of a motor and a pump head. For an espresso to taste perfect, it needs the right pressure to extract the flavor from the coffee powder. For the preparation of a good espresso, the stability of the desired brewing pressure is also a relevant criterion. As the name suggests, the pressure in the rotary pump is generated by rotation. Unlike vibration pumps, the rotary pump is larger, heavier and more powerful. It is also much quieter than the vibration pump. Due to its power and robustness, it is almost exclusively installed in gastronomic espresso machines.
