With the new IOT Board, you can use all the new features of the La Marzocco Home App, such as temperature, heating & control and remote control.
 

Mechanical paddle
The new conical mechanical paddle is inspired by the original mechanical group used on the La Marzocco GS - the first dual-boiler espresso machine with saturated brew groups from 1970. This conical valve system allows progressive control of water flow and pressure through an internal orifice before full brewing pressure is applied. The new conical paddle valve controls pre-infusion, while the Rotary pump runs at full pressure. This dynamic system allows the Barista, channeling is reduced and leads to a more uniform extraction.

Saturated brewing groups
They ensure unsurpassed heat stability, one cup at a time.

Dual Boiler System
Separate boilers optimize espresso brewing and steam production.

Digital display
The separate displays make it easy to read the temperature, pressure and brewing times of each group.

Water tank
Thanks to the built-in water tank with 3.5 liter. capacity, connection to the mains water supply is not absolutely necessary.

Hot water fine mixing valve
Allows the temperature of the tea water to be set precisely.

P.I.D.
Allows electronic control of the espresso brewing temperature (± 0.5°C).

Portafilter made of stainless steel
Easy-to-clean single and double Portafilter made of stainless steel with clipped spouts (easy to remove) and integrated support for roping.

Preheating system
Increases productivity and heat stability by preheating the water flowing into the coffee boiler.

GS3 kit contains:
1 Tamper, 1 Portafilter single spout, 1 Portafilter double spout, sieves + blind sieve, Operating instructions & Quick Starter Guide, cleaning powder, solid water kit, key for bleeding the brew group
