Repair and maintenance

One of the most important factors for the success of our company is our service! Be it sales advice or maintenance and repair of your machine.

Not without reason: because even the choice made when buying a machine or a coffee determines later satisfaction, because ultimately, for many of our customers, the pleasure of preparation is just as important as the result as such.

Even the best espresso machine needs a little attention from time to time, whether it's changing a seal or new grinding discs for your grinder. From the simple lever machine to the complex fully automatic machine - our workshop is at your disposal. Our technicians regularly take part in the training courses offered by the manufacturers, so we are always up to date with the latest technology.

All machines purchased in our online shop have a 2-year warranty. (Exception catering equipment: 1-year warranty period). If a malfunction occurs during the warranty period, the machine will be repaired free of charge within one working day (after delivery and prior appointment). Should your unit malfunction after the warranty period, the repair may take up to 1 week and will no longer be free of charge (cost estimates are possible). In order to avoid higher costs, we recommend that you clean and maintain your machine regularly. The frequency of cleaning/maintenance depends on the type of unit and how often it is used. If you have any questions on this topic, just contact us - we will be happy to advise you!

For individual machines, we have put together practical repair and maintenance sets with the corresponding instructions. This way you can easily carry out minor maintenance work yourself.

To make sure that you order the right spare part, please check the respective exploded view first. In principle, we stock every spare part for the units we offer and also spare parts for many other units (including older models). If you cannot find a spare part in our online offer, please write us an email.
