And for good reason: The choice you make when purchasing a machine or a coffee determines your future satisfaction, because for many of our customers, the joy of the preparation process is just as important as the end result itself.

Even the best espresso machine needs a little attention now and then, whether it’s replacing a gasket or getting new burrs for your grinder. From simple lever machines to complex fully automatic models—our workshop is here to help. Our technicians regularly attend training courses offered by manufacturers, ensuring we’re always up to date with the latest technology.

All machines purchased from our online store come with a 2-year warranty. (Exception: commercial kitchen equipment, which has a 1-year warranty.) If a malfunction occurs during the warranty period, the device will be repaired free of charge within one business day (after drop-off and prior appointment). If your appliance malfunctions after the warranty period, repairs may take up to one week and will no longer be free of charge (cost estimates available). To avoid higher costs, we recommend that you clean and maintain your appliance regularly. The frequency of cleaning/maintenance depends on the type of appliance and how it is used. To make sure you order the correct replacement part, please check the corresponding exploded view first.
