Slayer Single

With the Steam Single, SLAYER presents an espresso machine that, for the first time, makes uncompromising café-grade technology available in a more compact and flexible format. It combines the renowned extraction control of the legendary Steam LP with a built-in water tank and is designed for anyone who refuses to compromise on espresso, whether at home or in a small café. What sets the SLAYER apart is its exceptional control over the entire extraction process. The distinctive 3-stage actuator allows you to manually control the brew and precisely adjust the brewing pressure during extraction. This enables you to tailor the extraction to each espresso bean individually, bringing maximum sweetness, clarity, and balance to the cup. It is precisely this direct control over the extraction that makes the SLAYER a global benchmark in the specialty coffee sector. A separate pre-infusion water circuit additionally ensures particularly even and controlled saturation of the coffee puck. The gentle pre-infusion reduces channeling and enables significantly more consistent results. The pre-infusion time is programmable up to 10 seconds and offers maximum flexibility for a wide variety of coffee varieties and roast profiles. Once the perfect shot has been achieved, it can be saved immediately. With the integrated Record & Playback function, up to two individual recipes can be saved and reproduced exactly at any time. In this way, the Steam Single combines classic craftsmanship with modern reproducibility at a professional level. Inside, a powerful dual-boiler system with separate PID-controlled boilers is at work. The 0.8-liter brew boiler operates independently of the 2.4-liter steam boiler. This keeps the brew temperature consistently stable, even when frothing milk at the same time. Matte black surfaces, high-quality aluminum side panels, soft-touch Portafilter , and the distinctive Onyx Duratex controls give the machine its unmistakable SLAYER look.
